Your privacy matters to us

Last updated: July 18, 2026

1. Introduction

Typroxy ("Typroxy", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by Typroxy, provides proxy access and related services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By creating an account or using our services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information — your email address and password when you register, or basic profile information if you sign in with Google.
  • Payment information — the deposits you make and the payment method used. Card, bank, and crypto wallet details are handled by our third-party payment providers, not stored by us.
  • Service usage — the proxies you order, plans, durations, locations, and bandwidth used.
  • Technical data — IP address, device and browser details, and log data needed to operate and secure the service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and deliver your proxy services.
  • Process deposits and keep your wallet balance accurate.
  • Authenticate you and protect your account from unauthorized access.
  • Respond to support requests and send important service notices.
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues.

4. Payments

Deposits are processed by trusted third-party payment providers — Korapay for card, bank transfer, and mobile money, and OxProcessing for cryptocurrency. When you fund your wallet you may be redirected to a secure provider to complete the transaction. We receive confirmation of the payment but do not store your full card, bank, or crypto wallet credentials.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate Typroxy — including our payment processors (Korapay, OxProcessing) and our infrastructure provider (Proxy-Cheap, which fulfills the proxies you order) — and where required by law or to protect our rights and users. We share only what's necessary for each provider to do its job; for example, Proxy-Cheap receives your order details but not your Typroxy account email or payment information.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account at any time.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit and encryption of proxy credentials at rest, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your data.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

9. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and understand how the service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes may be communicated to you directly.
