Terms of Service & Acceptable Use

Typroxy ("Typroxy", "we", "us", "our") provides access to residential, ISP, datacenter, and mobile proxy services, fulfilled through our infrastructure partner Proxy-Cheap. Typroxy is a reseller — we do not operate the underlying proxy network ourselves.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Typroxy. By using the service, you confirm you meet this requirement.

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. Accounts may not be shared, sold, or transferred without our prior written permission.

• All prices on Typroxy are shown and charged in USD.
• You fund your account balance ("wallet") before purchasing proxies. Wallet top-ups are processed via Korapay, settled in NGN and converted to USD credit at the exchange rate displayed at the time of your deposit.
• Wallet balance can only be used to purchase services on Typroxy — it cannot be withdrawn, cashed out, or transferred to another account or payment method. Keep this in mind before funding your wallet with more than you intend to spend.
• If an order fails to provision after your wallet is debited, the amount is automatically refunded to your wallet. This is the only routine circumstance in which funds are returned.
• Once a proxy is successfully provisioned and delivered, that purchase is final — we do not offer refunds for used or unused service time or bandwidth after delivery, except where required by law or at our discretion in cases of a verified fault on our end.

You agree not to use Typroxy's proxies for:

• Any illegal activity under applicable law.
• Fraud, including payment fraud, account takeover, or credential stuffing.
• Distributing malware, launching denial-of-service attacks, or any activity intended to damage, disable, or gain unauthorized access to any system.
• Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or scraping in violation of a target site's terms in a way that causes harm to that site's operation.
• Generating, storing, or distributing child sexual abuse material, or any content exploiting or endangering minors — accounts involved in this will be terminated immediately and reported to relevant authorities without notice.
• Any use that violates the acceptable use policies of our infrastructure partner, Proxy-Cheap, or of any third-party network, service, or platform you access through our proxies. Because Typroxy resells third-party infrastructure, our upstream partner's own restrictions apply to your use of the service in addition to these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, for accounts that violate this policy. We may also cooperate with law enforcement where legally required or where we believe in good faith that doing so is necessary to prevent harm.

Typroxy proxies are provided on an "as-is", "as-available" basis. Because the underlying network is operated by a third-party infrastructure partner, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific latency, or specific uptime. We work to provide reliable service but do not offer a service-level guarantee at this time.

You may stop using Typroxy at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy above, or for fraud or abuse, with or without notice depending on severity. Remaining wallet balance on an account terminated for cause (policy violation, fraud, abuse) is forfeited. If you close your account voluntarily and in good standing, contact support before closing — since wallet balance cannot ordinarily be withdrawn, unused balance on a voluntarily closed account is also forfeited unless we agree otherwise in a specific case.

The Typroxy name, logo, and site content are our property or used under license. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding without permission. This does not affect your ownership of any content you transmit through the proxies you purchase.

Typroxy is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Typroxy and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including damages resulting from third-party network outages, provider errors, or actions taken against you by third-party sites as a result of your proxy usage.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on the site before taking effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
